What I could confirm
Only four things are actually known

I found them, and left them out anyway
A review aggregator states a number of years the shop has been trading, and two first names come up repeatedly in customer reviews as the people behind the counter. Both would have made this page warmer.
Neither came from Paris Jewellers. A review site is not a source for a fact a business is going to publish about itself, and lifting names out of customer comments and printing them as staff bios is exactly the kind of plausible guess this whole exercise is built to avoid. So they are blanks.
If they are right, they take one sentence each to confirm and the page is finished.
What belongs here
The page a jeweller actually needs
For a trade built on trust, this page usually matters more than the service pages. Here is the shape it should take, with the content left for you.
-
1
How the shop started
Who opened it, when, and why Paris.
-
2
Who does the work
Names, training, years at the bench — with a photograph.
-
3
What you are known for
The job people travel in for.
-
4
What customers say
Real quotes, used with permission. None have been invented here.
Fill in four blanks and this page is done
It is a ten-minute phone call, and it is the page that sells the shop.
